How to Start Your Order
A Simple 2-Phase Process from Concept to Shipment.
Phase 1: Sample Preparation (The Prototype)
Before we cut a single piece of bulk fabric, we ensure your vision is perfect.
Consultation:
Submit your tech packs, sketches, or reference photos along with material preferences (Cowhide/Sheepskin/Textile) and size charts. We will provide a detailed cost estimate.
Payment:
We begin the sampling process immediately upon receipt of the Sampling Fee.
Prototyping:
Our pattern masters create the first sample. We modify and refine the fit until every detail from zipper placement to lining is approved.
Sign-Off:
Once you physically approve the sample, we lock the design for mass production.
Phase 2: Mass Production (The Bulk Order)
Deposit:
A 50% Advance Payment is required to initialize the raw material purchasing and production line allocation.
Manufacturing:
The Suqaina team handles the entire lifecycle: pattern grading, leather cutting, stitching, pressing, and tagging.
Inspection:
We perform internal QC, but you are welcome to conduct a third-party inspection or request photos/videos before the goods leave our floor.
Delivery:
The remaining 50% Balance is required upon completion. We then handle the logistics to ship your goods via air or sea.
